I'm about to start on my lawn (next week I hope). It's no where near as large as your yard (thank heavens!! I'm overwhelmed as it is lol). I wanted to give you a link to what I think is going to be a pretty amazing grass seed.. From their website it appears to be amazing.. requires little water, no fertilizers or pesticides, and doesn't need to be mowed unless you want a traditional looking lawn.
